Can MLB's deal with Topps revive the baseball card biz?

Topps released a commemorative baseball card to mark the opening of Ted Williams Tunnel in Boston on Dec. 15, 1995. In 1941, Williams was offered the chance to sit out the final day of season to preserve his average of .39955, which would have rounded off to .400. Williams characteristically played both games and went 6-for-8.
