In addition to the main item on the Knicks, other items on my Friday newspaper page cover the controversy over player attendance at the Pro Bowl and the potential impact of the iPad on sports viewing.

My big coup was noticing that on Sunday the five New York-area winter sports teams will draw a straight flush of starting times:

Islanders at 4 p.m., Devils at 5, Nets at 6, Knicks at 7, Rangers at 8.
