Deja Kilpatrick, 18, of East 96 Street, is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. Riverhead police said they responded at 8:30 p.m. Friday to the Polo Ralph Lauren Children's Outlet after a complaint that Kilpatrick had attempted to use a forged $100 American Express Travelers Cheque. Kilpatrick was later found to be in possession of additional forged $100 American Express Travelers Cheques, police said. Arraignment information was not immediately available.
