So OF COURSE the nachos at his tiki-drink themed spot in Bushwick would be be amazing. They're vegetarian (score!) and topped with pinto beans, cilantro, queso, crema and three different salsas. The chips are super chippy, and by that we mean firm and crispy. The cheese sauce is made with heavy cream and American cheese making for a rich and delicious base for the toppings. They come topped with the works: guacamole, roasted corn, black beans, cheese sauce, pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos and sour cream. You could probably get crack sauce on the side and douse the nachos in even more flavor, if that's your thing. (And it should be). $12, $16 with chicken, steak, pork or ground beef. And you can add braised chicken or beef short rib! Their menu also includes the Cadillac of nachos, aptly called Cadillac Nachos. They are really, really good.
