Eat and Drink Get cracking: Summer seafood boils in NYC By MEREDITH DELISO July 14, 2015 2:28 PM Print Share fbShare Tweet Email The summer is all about seafood. And for those looking to get their fill of crustaceans, NYC restaurants have you covered. Here's where to find seafood boils serving up crab, lobster and more. But get cracking -- they're offered for a limited time only. GATHER at the Gander's summer menu Photo Credit: The Gander The Gander is celebrating summer with a family-style lobster boil. The dinner, which is offered during two seatings, features a seasonal menu with dishes like a tomato salad with burrata and fresh basil, a warm shrimp cocktail and, the main event: a lobster boil with lobster, Little Neck clams, roasted porchetta, grilled corn with chipotle butter, mashed potatoes with garlic aioli and Parker House rolls. For dessert, diners can create customized sundaes and ice cream sandwiches from a mobile ice cream sundae cart. And to drink, large-format cocktails, including the Gander Cold Toddy (vodka or rye, Montenegro Amaro, earl grey, honey syrup, lemon and star anise), as well as a curated wine list, will be available. The menu will change seasonally.
