Broadway musicians to lead rock concert for kids in Brooklyn

Singers and musicians famous for their work on Broadway will make their debut on the Rock and Roll Playhouse stage with two shows in Brooklyn.

National concert series Rock and Roll Playhouse typically focuses on introducing classic rock and roll songs to kids in a family environment, and they are bringing the first ever Broadway Rock concerts to Brooklyn at Industry City, located at 104 W 29th Street, on Feb. 29 and the Brooklyn Bowl, located at 61 Wythe Avenue, on March 22.

The shows will feature Broadway musicians such as James Moye, Marissa Rosen, Justin Goldner and Megan Talay. These musicians are known for shows like Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, Aladdin, Tootsie and Jagged Little Pill.

Rock and Roll Playhouse is a weekly concert series that produces classic rock shows for kids and offers accommodations such as quieter music to prevent hearing damage as well as bringing in famous classic rock-and-rollers as guests.
