Alec Baldwin is requesting the lawsuit filed by Halyna Hutchins’ sister and parents be thrown out following the cinematographer’s tragic death on the set of “Rust”, reports the Daily Mail. The beleaguered actor says Hutchins’ parents and sister had not been close to her “physically, financially and emotionally for years before her death.” In court documents filed by Baldwin on April 14, he states that Olga Solovey, Anatoli Androsovych and Svetlana Zemko merely filed the ‘misguided’ suit to ‘obtain compensation over Hutchins’ death in October 2021 outside of Santa Fe, New Mexico, on “Rust’s” film set……
