David Nevins, Showtime’s president and CEO, told news outlets at the ongoing TV Critics’ tour in Pasadena, California, Tuesday that the series will shoot “in and around” New York. He offered no further details. “Homeland” was shot in Cape Town during the fourth season, and Berlin during the fifth. The move to New York marks the first time the series will be specifically set here. Nevins was also asked whether series regular Rupert Friend will return (his character was near death at the end of Season 5): “I know and have seen exactly as much as you guys have seen,” he said, as quoted in The Hollywood Reporter. “Clearly, there is no definitive answer given.” By Verne Gay email@example.com @vernejgay Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Comments Comments section is temporarily on hold.
