Kesha Rose Sebert, known as Kesha to fans, has alleged that her producer Lukasz Gottwald, known professionally as Dr. Luke, “emotionally and physically abused” her. She went to court in Manhattan asking for an injunction that would release her from a Sony Music contract, freeing her up to record with other producers and labels. New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich denied the injunction on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016.
