Take a look inside Codex bookstore in the East Village

Codex, which opened in the East Village in January, specializes in used literary fiction and art books. Locals tell co-owner Robin Treadwell that they’ve wanted another bookstore in the neighborhood, especially since St. Mark’s Bookshop folded two years ago.
