Lifestyle Most offensive Halloween costumes this year By DIANA COLAPIETRO, Special to amNewYork Updated October 12, 2015 12:25 PM Print Share fbShare Tweet Email Hocus pocus, everybody focus! Halloween is coming up and it's time to start putting together the ultimate costume, if you have yet to do so. While some chose to go with the traditional witch or ghost look, others take a more scandalous (and offensive) approach to the holiday. Here are some of the most derogatory costumes looming this year. Caitlyn Jenner Photo Credit: Spirit Halloween Call it controversy. A Caitlyn Jenner Halloween costume, inspired by the July Vanity Fair cover revealing her public transition from male to female, insinuates that her identity is a costume in itself. Calling yourself Caitlyn this Halloween is a major no. Rachel Dolezal, in Blackface Photo Credit: NBC Universal Halloween is a chance to take on a new identity but in this case, a new ethnicity poking fun at Dolezal or "Blackface," the former Washington NAACP leader accused of presenting herself as a black woman is not a great idea. Halloween Whopper Photo Credit: HALLOWEENCOSTUMES.com Some couples dress up as Sonny and Cher, others Thing One and Thing Two. If neither of those work for you, another option could be this dynamic duo of Sexy Green Poop and the Halloween Black Whopper. Bill Cosby Photo Credit: Getty Images / Timothy A. Clary Accused serial rapist Bill Cosby, formerly considered one of America's favorite television dads, is a contender in this year's most offensive costumes. By simply putting on a printed sweater made famous by Cosby himself in The Cosby Show, one can easily recreate this notorious persona. Lion Killer Dentist Costume Photo Credit: FACEBOOK / Costumeish The Cowardly Lion from The Wizard of Oz is often a popular Halloween costume as part of a group with Dorothy and her other friends. However, this year, a lion costume outfit takes on a new meaning following the tragic death of Cecil the Lion. . Jared Fogle Photo Credit: David Garcia via WordPress This past summer, Jared Fogle, the former face of Subway, pleaded guilty to child pornography charges. Whether or not you pick up a five dollar foot long on Halloween, you still may encounter an inappropriate imitation Jared throughout your day. Megyn Kelly Tampon Photo Credit: COSTUMEISH.com Halloween retailer company, Costumeish.com, is now selling a Foxy Megyn Bloody Tampon Costume for $70. The costume is a response to Donald Trump's arguably sexist "blood coming out of her...wherever" comment during the first GOP debate. Just don't wear this one.
