MOSCOT, a family-owned and operated optical company is supporting medical professionals by donating eyeglasses, which will offer additional protection from exposure to airborne and fluid-borne particles from patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The durable, handcrafted eyewear frames with clear, scratch-proof lenses are going to healthcare professionals facing a shortage of Personal Protective Equipment.

MOSCOT and Cherry Optical Labs began accepting orders for both prescription and non-prescription glasses April 3.

Healthcare professionals can fill out a request form for a pair of glasses, which MOSCOT will review and fulfill. Anyone can nominate a healthcare professional to receive a pair of glasses as well.
