Coincidence? Maybe. But shade was thrown Britney Spears’ way when a dog with a yellow Boa constrictor around her neck stopped for a photo-op. Polling app Wishbone got the opinions of more than 100,000 voters to figure out who rocked the look. Is there really even any competition when a puppy is involved? Jenny blew this look right out of the dog park with 74 percent of the votes.
