Cops are looking for the shooter who gunned down a 42-year-old man outside a Bronx housing complex on Wednesday night.

The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his torso and hip, and later died at Lincoln Hospital, law enforcement sources said.

Officers from the 40th Precinct and NYPD PSA 7 responded to a 911 call about the shooting inside the Mill Brook Houses at 620 East 137th St. at about 9:50 p.m. on Feb. 3.

Witnesses to the shooting told police that they saw an unidentified man running from the scene moments after the shots rang out, sources familiar with the investigation said.

Police have withheld the man’s identity, pending family notification. The motive for the shooting remains unknown at this time, authorities said.

No arrests have been made in the ongoing investigation, police reported.
