Three crooks who invaded a Brooklyn apartment at gunpoint, tied up a resident and stole his property last week remain at large, police reported.

The NYPD released on Jan. 15 video footage of the invaders moments before they busted into a sixth-floor apartment on East 18th Street between Albemarle Road and Tennis Court in Prospect Park South on Jan. 8 at 4:50 p.m.

The trouble began, law enforcement sources said, moments after an unidentified female suspect delivered food to a 38-year-old man inside the sixth-floor apartment.

Then, cops said, two men appeared at the victim’s doorway and knocked. When he answered, authorities said, they brandished black firearms and forced their way inside.

Police said they proceeded to tie the 38-year-old man up, then grabbed cash and electronics from inside the apartment, with an estimated value of $2,075. The suspects fled moments later on foot.

Cops said the female food deliverer was seen heading northbound along East 18th Street on foot, while the two male perpetrators fled on foot in the opposite direction on East 18th Street.

Officers from the 70th Precinct responded to the incident. No injuries were reported.

Police described the female suspect as having a dark complexion and being between 20 and 25 years of age. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray pants and white-and-pink sneakers.

Cops said the two male suspects had dark complexions; one wore a red sweatshirt, eyeglasses, a red bandana, a black jacket and black pants, while his partner wore a black jacket, blue jeans and red sneakers while carrying a black backpack.

The three individuals are seen entering the apartment building lobby in the video police obtained from the scene.
