Detectives are on the hunt for two crooks who accosted men in the Financial District and attempted to rob them on the same day earlier this month.

The NYPD released video footage on Dec. 30 of the two suspects sought for the Dec. 13 incidents, which occurred about an hour apart.

The first caper happened at about 2:35 p.m. on Dec. 13, when the pair confronted a 34-year-old man in front of 70 Pine St. and demanded his property.

Cops said the suspects forcibly removed $20 from the man’s pockets, then took off on foot eastbound along Pearl Street. The victim was not injured.

Authorities said the robbers struck again at 3:38 p.m. on Dec. 13, when they attacked a 22-year-old man in front of 62 William St.

According to police, the pair tried to forcibly removed the victim’s scarf from his neck, but were unsuccessful. They then punched and kicked him about the body before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction.

Officers from the 1st Precinct and EMS units responded to the incident. The victim was treated for bruising and swelling to his face.

Police did not provide exact descriptions of the suspects, who are shown on camera.

One suspect wore a black hooded sweatshirt and pants, a light-colored face mask and gray and red sneakers. His partner wore a gray hat and a blue mask, a white sweatshirt, gray jeans and white sneakers.
