An enraged attacker who sliced a man’s face with a razor blade during an argument near a deli in Harlem last week remains on the lam, police reported.

Cops said the attack happened at about 3:05 a.m. on April 9 in front of the grocery store at 121 West 116th St.

According to authorities, the perpetrator got into an argument with the victim, a 26-year-old man, for reasons that were not disclosed.

Law enforcement sources said the verbal argument then led to a physical exchange, during which the attacker pulled out a razor blade and sliced the victim across the face, causing a deep laceration.

Following the bloody attack, the slasher took off on foot in an unknown direction.

Officers from the 28th Precinct and EMS units responded to the incident. The victim was treated for his injuries at Mount Sinai-St. Luke’s Hospital.

On April 13, the NYPD released an image of the attacker inside the store on the morning of the attack. He’s described as a man with a dark complexion believed to be 30 years of age, standing 6 feet tall and weighing about 160 pounds.

Police said he was last seen wearing a white, striped dress shirt, blue jeans and black boots while carrying a black backpack.
