Sharon McNeil, 53, also of the Bronx, was charged with robbery, assault and harassment in connection with the April 1 attack, the NYPD said. Police said McNeil followed the victim onto the elevator of her building on Bellamy Loop in the Co-op City complex, riding with her to her floor at about 2:30 p.m. That’s when McNeil allegedly pushed the woman to the floor and fled with the cart, which contained two meals she’d gotten from a nearby community center, along with a purse holding money, credit cards and ID, police said. The victim declined declined the help of medics who came to check her out. Soon after the robbery, the NYPD released a slow-motion 15-second surveillance video of a heavy-set woman in a yellow, striped shirt wheeling a car through a set of double doors.
