Alec Baldwin was reportedly spotted at the Great New York State Fair in Syracuse on Sept. 4, working at a booth for his late mother, Carol Baldwin’s breast-cancer charity, The Baldwin Fund.
The Post-Standard, a Syracuse newspaper, reported that the Manhattan resident was in the Science & Industry building, and that one attendee told the outlet the 30 Rock actor was “extremely polite,” “friendly” and “very accessible,” and even posed for a photo with the attendee’s mother. Carol, mother of actor brothers Alec, Daniel, Stephen and Billy Baldwin, died at the age of 92 on May 26 of breast cancer, which she was diagnosed with in 1990. She founded her charity in 1996.
Since 2001, according to Newsday, The Baldwin Fund has helped to raise millions of dollars and has provided more than 60 grants to support research programs…….

More than one year after he put his townhouse in Harlem on the market, actor Neil Patrick Harris has sold the home located on Fifth Avenue and 126th Street, for slightly under $7 million, which the New York Post reported is the largest real estate deal in the neighborhood’s history.
The Uncoupled star and his husband, David Burtka, bought the five-bedroom townhouse for $3.6 million in 2013. The 8,000-square-foot property was built in 1908, and includes six bathrooms, 12-foot-high ceilings and three gas fireplaces.
Harris and Burtka renovated the home, but in 2020, due to the pandemic, they started spending more time at their home in East Hampton, which led then to the decision to sell the home in Harlem……..
