Kenyatte Hughes, 39, is charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the alleged incident at Brooklyn Intermediate School 292 in East New York. Deputy sheriff canned for slamming student to floor Photo Credit: YouTube / Samuel Legron A South Carolina sheriff's deputy has been fired after a video surfaced showing him flipping and slamming a black high school student to the floor. The girl, a student at Spring Valley High School in Columbia, does not appear to argue or resist as Officer Ben Fields drags her from her seat. Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said that Fields' actions violated agency policy. Student flips principal to ground in shocking video Photo Credit: FOX 40 Three California teens, aged 13-15, were arrested after one of the students was seen flipping their principal to the ground in a dramatic moment caught on camera, authorities say. Cops say the boys brawled over a girl at Florin High School in Sacramento on Monday when principal Don Ross grabbed one of the students.
