Josefina Francisco, one of two lucky raffle winners in the Western Union Unlock the Vault Sweepstakes, got a chance to dive for money in the vault of the Ukrainian National Federal Credit Union on Second Ave. on Monday. It was a promotion for people who transfer money to Eastern Europe and the Philippines. They each had 60 seconds to gather as much cash as they could, with a guaranteed $15,000 minimum.
