Cops seek driver in fatal Brooklyn hit-and-run

At least four pedestrians were killed on the roads over the weekend, according to the NYPD.

Cops are looking for the driver who mowed down a 51-year-old man Saturday in Brooklyn, killing him.

According to police, the victim was struck at the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Rockaway Avenue around 9:37 p.m. The victim, who was not identified by officials, was crossing Eastern Parkway when he was hit by a black four-door sedan.

On Saturday in Queens, a 78-year-old woman and 31-year-old motorcyclist, Darien Baker of Yonkers, died in a collision on Queens Boulevard in Sunnyside. Police had not released the woman’s name by press time.

On Friday, Noshat Nahian, 8, was killed by a tractor trailer while walking to school in Woodside. The driver, Mauricio Osorio-Palominos, 51, of Newark, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle in violation of safety rules.

Also, 76-year-old Antonio Escanio was struck and killed by an SUV at Amsterdam Avenue and 155th Street on Friday.
