News Cops seek driver in fatal Brooklyn hit-and-run Updated December 22, 2013 8:30 PM Print Share Share Tweet Share Email At least four pedestrians were killed on the roads over the weekend, according to the NYPD. Cops are looking for the driver who mowed down a 51-year-old man Saturday in Brooklyn, killing him. According to police, the victim was struck at the intersection of Eastern Parkway and Rockaway Avenue around 9:37 p.m. The victim, who was not identified by officials, was crossing Eastern Parkway when he was hit by a black four-door sedan. On Saturday in Queens, a 78-year-old woman and 31-year-old motorcyclist, Darien Baker of Yonkers, died in a collision on Queens Boulevard in Sunnyside. Police had not released the woman's name by press time. On Friday, Noshat Nahian, 8, was killed by a tractor trailer while walking to school in Woodside. The driver, Mauricio Osorio-Palominos, 51, of Newark, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle in violation of safety rules.
