Diana Kamenetz, 66, was struck by a northbound Mercedes-Benz van on Third Avenue at 61st Street at 2:13 p.m. on June 15, police said. She was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital, where she was pronounced dead Saturday, police said. The driver of the Mercedes remained on the scene and was not charged, police said. An investigation was continuing, police said. Kamenetz, had worked as a real estate agent and was semiretired, her husband, Danilo Kamenetz, said.
