Allison Fihma, 28, and her black lab Rider, 5 months, were both feeling strong during a water break Tuesday night at the American Heart Association’s Wall St. Run & Heart Walk in Lower Manhattan. Fihma, a Downtown attorney who lives in Battery Park City, suffered a stroke a year ago but she and Rider participated in the event to raise awareness of heart disease and stroke prevention.
