Don’t be a turkey and miss meetings

Because of Thanksgiving, local Downtown community boards have pushed up the dates for their full board meetings. Both will meet a week earlier than usual. The East Side’s Community Board 3, which usually meets on a Tuesday, will hold its full board meeting, Wed., Nov. 17, at P.S. 20, 166 Essex St., south of Houston St., starting at 6:30 p.m. The West Side’s Community Board 2 will hold its full board meeting on Thurs., Nov. 18, at N.Y.U.’s Silver Building, 32 Waverly Pl., between Greene St. and Washington Sq. Park E., Room 714, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
