Ninth Precinct Community Council, 130 Ave. C, 212-477-7826: Annual Children’s CHRISTMAS PARTY, The Ninth Precinct Community Council will host their annual Christmas Party on Dec. 17 from 10am – 2pm. The event will feature music by local artists, refreshments and each child will receive a gift from Santa & Mrs. Claus. Last year, nearly three thousand children came to the party.
