Fairy-tale afternoon at recreation center

The Hamilton Fish Recreation Center, at 128 Pitt St. at Houston St., will celebrate spring from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tues., April 3, with a free fairy tale-themed event for children, featuring face painting, stories, arts and crafts, carnival games and prizes.
