Workers painted some flowers Wednesday on the construction barriers needed to protect joggers, bikers and strollers as work continues on the Hudson River Park’s Tribeca section. The artwork, “Botanizing on the Asphalt” by Nina Bovasso, is the latest in the Downtown Alliance’s “Re: Construction” project to improve the look of Downtown’s many construction sites. Also opening this week is “Rainbow Conversation” by Rachel Hayes. This work will decorate the construction fences surrounding Louise Nevelson Plaza at Maiden Lane and William St.
