The Tribeca Film Festival is calling all volunteers. Recruits are needed for all aspects of the festivities including the special events and the family festival; at the box office and for the panels and screenings. The festival, now in its third year, will sponsor events in theaters and venues all around Downtown, from May 1-9. An estimated 150,000 people are expected to attend the week-long series of events including the screening of 200 films. There will be both American and international films, including features, documentaries, and short films. Many will be making their world premiere.
The Film Festival was founded by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, Martin Scorsese, and Craig Hatkoff. For information on volunteering call (212) 941 2404.
