News Florida woman dead following dispute call, NYPD says By POLLY HIGGINS email@example.com Updated December 6, 2015 9:54 AM Print Share fbShare Tweet gShare Email Police say a woman was pronounced dead Saturday around 4:30 p.m. after she was taken to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center following a call to a home on East 95th Street in Brooklyn's East Flatbush. The NYPD says it was responding to a call involving a dispute and that Tisa Kelly, 46, of Florida, was found unconscious and with slash wounds to her neck. Daniel Romain, 33, has been arrested and charged in her death, cops say, and the investigation is ongoing. Romain, a resident of the East Flatbush home where the incident occured, cops say, has also been charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
