Gerson is revved up for hearings

A package of legislation on curbing motorcycle noise introduced by Councilmembers Alan Gerson and Bill DeBlasio will be heard before the City Council’s Environmental Protection Committee on Mon., March 1, starting at 10 a.m., in the Council Chamber.

Gerson’s bill to create a street closure review process and require mitigation, drafted partially in response to the ongoing closure of Park Row, will be heard on April 29 at 10 a.m. in the Council Chamber.
