The Museum of American Finance is offering some different types of gifts for those holiday shoppers who are still stumped.
The museum’s shop manager Rita Fabris said some of the offerings include stock quote earrings, bull and bear cufflinks, as well as bull and bear bookends, and antique stock certificates.
Fabris said there is a large collection of bull and bear statues that range from small to large anywhere from $15 to $600 and up. “I think I tried to find every bull and bear statue that exists,” she said.
Fabris said that because the museum and shop will be moving to the former Bank of New York location at 48 Wall St. next year, that there’s a 10 percent discount on most items, and all the books will be half their original price. The museum and store are at 28 Broadway and are open Tues. – Sat., 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Fabris said the shop is excited about the move. “We’re not just a store but we support the mission of the museum and support people learning about finance and how to lead better financial lives,” she said.
