Gore galore, Winehouses, Silver Surfer and more

At the Greenwich Village Halloween Parade, the shower scene from “Psycho” was re-enacted by some Hitchcock buffs. Among other popular costume choices, there were several paradegoers dressed up as rehab-rejecting singer Amy Winehouse. There was a Silver Surfer, a Howie Mandel with a “Deal or No Deal” sign, a squadron of Evil Knievels, a Senator Larry Craig in an airport toilet stall, hundreds of monsters and more than a few sexy nurses, to name just a few.
