Hairy moment on Mulberry as W.K. rocks Memorial Day
weekend
On Sunday, at the corner of Mulberry and Grand Sts., Andrew W.K. entertained a Memorial Day crowd with young backing musicians from the Paul Green School of Rock.
“Being outdoors on a day like today makes me so grateful,” said W.K., known for light metal, power pop tunes like “Party Hard.” “Enjoying these kinds of moments makes it all worthwhile.”
