Livery cab driver shot to death in possible robbery in Brooklyn, NYPD says

A livery cab driver was shot to death in Brooklyn just after midnight on Monday in what police said could have been a robbery attempt.

Naji Fawaz, 35, of Brooklyn, was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his neck and torso. He was transferred to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police said they are investigating if it Fawaz was a victim of a robbery. There have not yet been any arrests.
