As the debate rages over drumming in Washington Square Park, Doris Diether, 86, the doyenne of C.B. 2, enjoyed the show by Tic and Tac and their drummer, L.C., on Sunday afternoon. “They’re trying to get the music out of the park again,” she grumbled. “The last time they tried to do that, I managed to kill it.”
