Downtown Express columnist David Stanke says the Port Authority should provide World Trade Center developer Larry Silverstein with more financial help in order to ensure construction continues throughout the site.
“Perception and reality are never in line at the site that’s the amazing thing about it,” Stanke said in a video posted on DowntownExpress.com. “For years there was nothing happening on either front, then things started happening but there was no construction….Now there’s a ton going on at the site at every corner…but on the development side, there’s a roadblock and if it doesn’t get solved soon its going to stop.”
