West Indian Day Parade: Photos from the Crown Heights celebration

People dressed in elaborate and colorful costumes filled Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights on Monday for the annual West Indian Day Parade.

The event, held on Labor Day, celebrates culture from a variety of Caribbean nations, including Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Guyana, Antigua and Barbuda, Haiti, Barbados and Belize.
