BPC Halloween ParadeCome creep, crawl, hop, dance or walk through the annual Children’s Halloween Parade sponsored by the Battery Park City Neighbors’ Association. Sat., Oct. 27. Gather at Liberty St. ramp at 11:45am. Immediately following, the World Financial Center will be sponsoring their Great Pumpkin Party.
