Man wanted for critically injuring his victim in a Bronx beatdown: NYPD

Cops are looking for a suspect who beat up a man and left him critically injured in the Bronx earlier this month.

According to police, at 7:15 p.m. on Feb. 7, a 51-year-old man was standing on Stratford Avenue near Watson Avenue when an unknown man began to punch and kick him multiple times in the head. The victim was knocked unconscious and suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The victim suffered fractures to his head and nose and was taken to NYC Health & Hospitals/Jacobi in critical condition. At this time, it is not clear what the motive behind the attack was.
