The Mets’ series opener against the St. Louis Cardinals on Monday has been postponed because of rain, the team announced.

The game has been rescheuled for Tuesday at 4:10 p.m. as part of a single-admission doubleheader ahead of the originally scheduled 7:10 p.m. game, which will now begin apporximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1.
