AL East Winner

Joe Yankees
Eric Blue Jays
Christian Yankees
Nick Yankees

The Yankees (+130) are the betting favorites to win the AL East despite their current starting pitching injuries, but that will happen when you have the reigning AL MVP and the most hyped rookie in MLB spring training. Eric is choosing to back the talented lineup of the Blue Jays (+200) to finally break through.

AL Central Winner

Joe Guardians
Eric Guardians
Christian Guardians
Nick Guardians

The whole staff has picked the Guardians (+130), who are also the betting favorites and have a leg up with the Twins (+215) dealing with multiple injuries to start the year.

AL West Winner

Joe Astros
Eric Angels
Christian Astros
Nick Astros

The Astros (-175), are the clear betting favorites, and understandably so given they won the World Series last year, but Eric is taking the long-shot gamble on the Angels (+750) to finally break through with Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani. Perhaps the loss of Justin Verlander and the injury to Jose Altuve will slow the Astros down just enough this MLB season.

NL East Winner

Joe Braves
Eric Braves
Christian Braves
Nick Phillies

Injuries throughout the division have made the Braves (+105), the betting favorites over the Mets (+170) and Phillies (+425) but that hasn’t stopped Nick from backing the hot bat of Trea Turner.

NL Central Winner

Joe Brewers
Eric Cardinals
Christian Cardinals
Nick Cardinals

The Cardinals (-125), are the betting favorites to win the NL Central, but Joe is buying into the dynamic pitching staff of the Brewers (+175) to claim the Central crown.

NL West Winner

Joe Padres
Eric Dodgers
Christian Dodgers
Nick Padres

The staff is split on what is pretty much a two-team race in the NL West. The Dodgers (-110), are the betting favorites with the Padres (+120) starting the season without Fernando Tatis Jr. But this one could come down to the wire.

MLB Postseason Predictions

AL Wild Card

Joe Blue Jays, Mariners, Angels
Eric Rays, Mariners, Astros
Christian Blue Jays, Mariners, Angels
Nick Mariners, Blue Jays, Orioles

Every staff member has picked the Astros (-600), Mariners (-150), and Blue Jays (-240) to make the playoffs and only Nick believes the Angles won’t. The Angels to make the playoffs is +155 as of printing. Eric is the only one to have the Rays (-155) picked to make the playoffs, while Nick is the only one to back the Orioles (+370) to make the postseason. Eric is also the only one to pick the Yankees to miss the playoffs, which has +340 odds right now on DraftKings Sportsbook.

NL Wild Card

Joe Mets, Phillies, Dodgers
Eric Mets, Padres, Brewers
Christian Mets, Padres, Brewers
Nick Mets, Braves, Dodgers

Every staff member has picked the Mets (-380), Braves (-550), Dodgers (-600), and Padres (-400) to make the playoffs and only Nick believes the Brewers won’t. The Brewers to make the playoffs is -110 as of printing. Nick and Joe both believe the Phillies (-170) will make the playoffs, while Joe is the only one to pick the Cardinals to miss the playoffs, which has +200 odds right now on DraftKings Sportsbook.

AL Champion

Joe Mariners
Eric Blue Jays
Christian Yankees
Nick Yankees

Nobody on the staff selected the Astros to win the AL, but they are the betting favorite at +310. The Yankees (+370) have the second-best odds with the Blue Jays (+650) behind them. The Mariners come in with the 5th-best odds at +900, so that’s a bet Joe should consider making if he believes in Seattle.

NL Champion

Joe Padres
Eric Dodgers
Christian Dodgers
Nick Padres

Nobody on the staff selected the Braves to win the NL, but they are the betting favorite at +370. The Dodgers (+425) have the second-best odds in MLB with the Padres (+475) behind them.

World Series Champion

Joe Padres
Eric Dodgers
Christian Dodgers
Nick Yankees

The Astros (+600) are the betting favorite to repeat but nobody on the staff even thinks they make the World Series. Nick is backing the Yankees (+750), who are tied with the Braves with the second-best odds. Eric and Christian chose the Dodgers (+850), who have the fourth-best odds, while Joe went with the Padres (+950), who are tied with the Mets for the fifth-best odds to win the whole thing.
