The SEC has had an excellent start to the college football season with seven teams in the top 25, and four in the top 10.

Two of the teams that have had solid starts to their season and sit nicely in the top 15 Kentucky and Ole Miss are expected to face off on Saturday at noon.

Ole Miss, under Lane Kiffin, has repeatedly put up incredible offensive numbers over the last several seasons. The Rebels are one of the 20 best schools in yards per game and total yards on offense.

Kentucky on the other hand has shrugged off its basketball school traditions to become a consistent football power under Mark Stoops.

We have everything you need to know about the matchup here.

When: 12:00 pm – ET

How to Watch: ESPN

Spread: Ole Miss -7

The Matchup

The Rebels don’t have the top quarterback prospects they have had in the past with Matt Corrall and others, however, their offense is still lethal. Ole Miss is fourth in the country in rushing yards and tied for second in the country in rushing touchdowns.

Jaxson Dart has performed nicely through his sophomore season and Quinshon Judkins has dominated on the ground. The Wildcats haven’t had the best season against the run, giving up over 100 yards rushing a game in the young year.

Ole Miss is an offensive juggernaut. That doesn’t mean they are unbeatable.

Lane Kiffin’s defense is one of the worst against the run to this point this season and has a historically shaky defense. Add in the fact that Ole Miss hasn’t played a top 15 team yet this year and this is the first true test for the Rebels.

Kentucky, meanwhile, has already knocked off Florida on the road and is a top team to challenge Georgia in the SEC east.

The SEC has several intriguing matchups going into week five. None are bigger than Ole Miss and Kentucky competing on Saturday.

Top Prop Bets

Both Teams score 20+ Points

Want an easy bet? Ole Miss’ defense isn’t that good, Kentucky’s defense doesn’t have enough talent to stop Kiffin’s rushing attack, and both teams will easily hit 30. This is the easiest bet you can conceivably get the most money off it right here.

First Team to Score

The SEC is usually won when a team starts fast and gets on the board as quickly as possible. That’s no exception to Ole Miss and Kentucky. Kentucky has trialed in the first quarter in three of their first four games this season.

Ole Miss on the other hand has scored first in every single game they have played so far.

This is an easy one to win with Ole Miss as a top offensive program.
