Three of the six September games announced on Thursday are at Madison Square Garden and three are in New Jersey, Philadelphia and Boston. The Blueshirts host the Devils on Monday, Sept. 21 and visit the Flyers on the following evening. On Thursday, Sept. 24, the Rangers visit the Bruins and then travel to Newark to play the Devils on Saturday, the 26th. The schedule concludes with home games against the Flyers on Monday, Sept. 28 and the Bruins on Wednesday, Sept. 30. The NHL is expected to announce the entire regular-season schedule a week from Thursday.
