Big personalities took the stage Tuesday night in sparkling evening gowns and impressive costumes for dramatic performances — all to win the regional Miss Gay New York America pageant.

Andora Tetee, the winner of the preliminary competition, will go to St. Louis in October for the Miss Gay America Pageant to compete for $1,500, a photoshoot and a “Slaycation” to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
