Getting from the bowels of Grand Central Terminal’s overcrowded subway station up to the glorious halls and concourses can be a pain. But in a deal with the city, real estate developer SL Green is seeking to build a new skyscraper next to the ornate transit hub, plans to shell out $220 million to make it a little easier to get around.
