Brownie Batter, Coconuts for Caramel and Cookies & Cream Cheesecake join seven other Core flavors, which first hit shelves in 2002. What's a Core flavor? You take a pint of ice cream, and you fill the center (the core) of the pint with a different flavor. Double the fun. The new flavors will hit shelves in the next couple of weeks. Everybody loves cookies and cream, right?
