Rihanna’s NYC pop-up debuts latest Puma collaboration ahead of NYFW

Rihanna kicked off New York Fashion Week a day early, hosting pop-ups in Manhattan and Los Angeles to give fans exclusive access to her latest collaboration with Puma.

New York fashionistas lined up outside 125 W. 33rd St. in an attempt to get their hands on RiRi’s “Fenty Puma by Rihanna” fall collection with the athletic brand. The line is officially on sale Wednesday at 10 a.m. in stores and online at SIX:02., with the pop-up opening to the public at 7:30 p.m.

And for an added city twist, SIX:02 scattered keys around New York, giving Fenty fans the chance to unlock a special in-store prize. The silver keys feature a tag that says “Maybe it will, maybe it won’t,” also noting the address of the pop-up.

Rihanna presented her “Fenty x Puma” runway show at New York Fashion Week back in February. The looks featured avant-garde streetwear, from oversized hoodies to thigh-high boots. This higher-end collection also made its in-store debut Tuesday at Bergdorf Goodman, which has a 24-hour exclusive on the line, according to Women’s Wear Daily.

Rihanna also took to Instagram Tuesday to promote the line at Bergdorf, which opened to the public at 3 p.m.

The collection hitting SIX:02 shops features similar looks, including hoodies, crop tops, sweats and sneakers in the $100 to $400 price range — compared to the Fenty x Puma collection at Bergdorf, which is in the $150 to $750 range.

Check out the line of RiRi-approved apparel, and see if you can get your hands on the chic athletic styles before they sell out.
