Suspects sought for robbing and slashing man in Fordham Manor

The NYPD is looking for a trio who slashed and robbed a man in broad daylight in the Fordham Manor section of the Bronx.

According to police, at 1:45 p.m. on May 7, a 38-year-old man was in front of 80 W. Fordham Road when he was approached by the suspects. The suspects proceeded to slash the victim in the head with a cutting instrument before taking his cellphone.

The thieves then fled the scene on foot. Paramedics took the victim to NYC Health & Hospitals/St. Barnabas in stable condition.
