Afternoon rush hour

Downtown’s harbor was buzzing with activity Tuesday. Sovereign of the Seas, a J-24 sail boat, left North Cove, the Pride of Baltimore II, a replica of a vessel used in the War of 1812, was visiting the marina, while in the background, the mighty Staten Island ferry made its regular run.
